Cancel or Change Order
If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact 1-855-TEDDYTANK (833-3982). Teddy Tank Technology, LLC prides itself on quickly putting together orders and shipping them as soon as they are received. We are efficient with our time in completing orders. So please contact us if there is a cancellation or change of order as soon as possible. Therefore, once the order has been shipped we can no longer cancel or change the order, however you can return the purchase (we are not responsible for shipping cost on returns).
Return Policy
Within seven days (7) of purchase: A Teddy Tank package, which has not been opened can be returned with proof of purchase for store credit. We are not responsible for shipping cost on returns. Please return your Teddy Tank to the store where it was purchased.
Within thirty days (30) of purchase a Teddy Tank can be returned only due to manufacturing defects with proof of purchase. This does not include physical damages. We will replace your Teddy Tank free of charge. We will also ship back the product free of charge. We are not responsible for shipping cost to return the product.
All accessories are non refundable.
