Shipping and Pickup
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the United States. Please checkout the Shipping Information to see our current shipping rates. For pickup please go to 21110 Biscayne Blvd. Suite 312 Aventura, FL 33180. Email us at customerservice@teddytank.com notifying us the day and time of your pick up. If you decide to pick up then we will refund shipping fee or you have the option to receive a Package of Magnetic Bows.
Return Policy
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancel or Change Order: If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact 1-855-TEDDYTANK (833-3982). Teddy Tank Technology, LLC prides itself on quickly putting together orders and shipping them as soon as they are received. We are efficient with our time in completing orders. So please contact us if there is a cancellation or change of order as soon as possible. Therefore, once the order has been shipped we can no longer cancel or change the order, however you can return the purchase (we are not responsible for shipping cost on returns).
What is the Return Policy?
Return Policy: Within seven days (7) of purchase a Teddy Tank can be returned with proof of the purchase for store credit. We are not responsible for shipping cost on returns. Within thirty days (30) of purchase a Teddy Tank can be returned only due to manufacturing defects with proof of purchase. We will replace your Teddy Tank free of charge. We will also ship back the product free of charge. We are not responsible for shipping cost to return the product. All accessories are non refundable.
